OVERNIGHT DOUBLE LANE CLOSURES ON I-95 SOUTH NEAR OPITZ BOULEVARD AND EXIT 156 IN PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY SUNDAY AND MONDAY, OCT. 8-9

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY – The left and middle lanes will be closed on southbound I-95 in the area of Opitz Boulevard and Exit 156/Dale Boulevard in Prince William County during overnight hours this Sunday, Oct. 8 and Monday, Oct. 9, weather permitting. Closures are scheduled to begin at 11 p.m. Sunday until 4 a.m. Monday, and again from 10 p.m. Monday until 5 a.m. Tuesday. Crews will be doing milling and paving work as part of the 95 Express Lanes Opitz Boulevard Ramp Project in Woodbridge.

The 95 Express Lanes Opitz Boulevard Ramp Project involves constructing a south-facing, reversible ramp between the 95 Express Lanes and an expanded Opitz Boulevard (Route 2000) bridge. This project is being delivered as part of the 95 Express Lanes public-private partnership between the Commonwealth and Transurban.
